Originally from France and raised in Spain, Karine Mailliez brings an international perspective and an appreciation for architecture, design, and well-crafted homes. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she offers clients a thoughtful and personalized approach shaped by her diverse cultural background and professional experience.

Karine began her career in the international hospitality industry after earning a Bachelor of Science degree with Magna Cum Laude honors in Switzerland. Her professional journey led her to luxury hotels and resorts in Spain, Switzerland, Singapore, and Texas, where she developed a deep commitment to service, attention to detail, and creating exceptional client experiences.
 

Inspired by her father, a self-made entrepreneur and retired CEO of a drywall manufacturing company in France, Karine developed an early appreciation for hard work, resilience, and determination. Her passion for real estate grew through her partnership with her husband, a real estate developer and investor with more than four decades of experience, whose vision introduced her to the world of development, investment, and design.
 

In addition to her expertise in real estate, Karine holds a certification in Interior Design and Decorating and has worked alongside her husband on numerous development and renovation projects. Her combined experience in real estate, design, and investment allows her to bring a unique perspective to helping clients envision the full potential of a property.

Furthermore to her work throughout Los Angeles, Karine has developed a strong network of trusted real estate professionals and industry contacts in South Florida. This allows her to assist clients seeking opportunities beyond California and connect them with experienced local resources in the Miami area and surrounding communities. 
 

After living in Pacific Palisades for more than twenty years, Karine and her family experienced the devastating loss of their home in the Palisades fire. While the journey of rebuilding continues, the experience reinforced her appreciation for the meaning of home, resilience, and the importance of creating new beginnings.
 

Moreover to her work in real estate and design, Karine is currently developing Le Cheval de Feu, a home collection inspired by craftsmanship, beauty, and the enduring connection we have to the places we call home.
 

Today, Karine continues to serve clients throughout Los Angeles and surrounding communities, combining her expertise in real estate, design, and investment. She believes that a home is far more than a property—it is the foundation for life's most meaningful memories and the place where new chapters begin.
